AeroTone-A mix of aerobic and toning exercise geared towards the beginner to intermediate exerciser. You will strengthen your heart with a great cardiovascular workout and tone your muscles with periods of toning with hand-held weights, tubes or dynabands.

*Belly Dance-Belly Dancing is for the body and soul…learn this captivating dance from Ancient Egyptian Art and of the Middle East. Enrich your cultural knowledge. Whether you want to belly dance like Shakira, perform professionally, or just have fun and get in shape, this is the place for you to start. The beginner class presents the basic movements and articulations of the hip, chest and arms along with simple improvisational choreographies. The intermediate class will focus on more complex choreography and layering movements for more precise interpretation of the music. An introduction and continuation of props such as veil, cane and zils. All body types and ages welcome. Coin belts & hip wraps are sold by the teacher or bought on line.

- Butts & Guts-30 minutes of intense muscles strength and endurance work targeting abs, hips, gluteus, hamstrings, quads, and lower back.
- Cardio Combos – Need more variety? Need more intensity? Feel like you’re in a rut and what you’re doing just isn’t working? This high intensity class will vary from floor aerobics to cardio kickboxing to step to calisthenics to get your heart pumping and your body ready for anything! (4/9-Floor Aerobics, 4/16-Step, 4/23-Kickboxing, 4/30-Floor Aerobics)
- Cardio Kickboxing- A dynamic, energizing and fun way to blast off extra body fat and reshape your entire body! As you punch, kick, jab and shuffle you get your heart rate going, burn calories and work your abs, glutes, thighs, and arms! This class may also help improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance. Cardio Kickboxing is a great alternative to anyone who has become bored with the traditional weight-room workouts!
- Get On The Ball!-Sculpted arms, a strong core, tight glutes and firm legs are the focus of this 30-minute muscle toning workout. All moves are done using the stability ball and hand-held weights. All fitness levels welcome.
- Performance Training-This fast-paced class is designed to improve coordination, balance, strength, power and agility. This advanced class will use some of the same drills and exercises that are used by professional athletes all over the world.
- Power Hour-An overall body shaping and firming class using weights, bars and plates, dynabands, tubing , stability balls, and the body’s own resistance to perform strength building exercises. The class will focus on a workout that can be challenging to fit all participants needs, whether a newcomer or someone who has exercised for years. Both the upper and lower body are emphasized during the workout as well as abdominal training and ending with an emphasis on flexibility.
- Revolutions-Shift your workout into high gear with this exhilarating cycling class! Participants of all levels welcome-you control your own intensity level.
You’ll burn calories like crazy while improving your cardiovascular endurance and building strength especially in the quadriceps, gluteus, hamstrings and calf muscles.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to set up bike and bring a towel and water bottle. Members may sign up at the front desk for class 24 hours in advance and nonmembers 1 hour in advance. If not there when class starts your seat may be given away. If you fail to cancel twice you may not reserve a seat for 2 months.

- SilverSneakers® Muscular Strength & Range of Movement (MSROM)-Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
- Sports Circuit-A combination class of basic sport component and strength training exercises performed in a circuit style. The class will focus on speed, agility, power, flexibility, balance and strength exercises for the entire body. This type of class is optimal for a busy person as you get a full-body strength work out in every class while also achieving 45 minutes of cardiovascular training. Every exercise performed has a modification to increase or decrease intensity. Therefore all fitness levels can get an appropriate workout in every class.
- Step It Up-A class for the person who knows all of the basic step moves and is ready for a faster paced and more intense workout. After the warm up we will be moving in every direction over the step, sometimes 2 or 3 steps for 35-40 minutes and finish with a cool down and a short abdominal workout. This class will improve your cardiovascular fitness, decrease body fat, and burn calories. It will also improve your lower body muscular strength and endurance.
- The Basics-A low intensity step aerobic class with basic choreography that may incorporate floor aerobics, or hand-held weights, followed by a short abdominal workout. You will get moving, burn calories, and strengthen your abs. Ideal for beginners or anyone who enjoys a slower pace.
- Vinyasa Yoga-There are many different styles of Yoga. In Vinyasa style Yoga, we are going to focus on gaining and using flexibility, strength and balance in our bodies. We will do this through a series of poses and exercises that flow together to stretch, strengthen and empower our bodies. The benefits of Yoga include increased flexibility, decrease in stress, strengthening the body and better balance and posture.
- Walk Aerobics-A fitness class that consists of weight bearing activities such as walking in place and low impact aerobic moves. The pace is geared to keep the heart rate in an aerobic range for at least thirty minutes. The class will then focus on stretching and strengthening using yoga and Pilate moves, followed by a quiet meditation time. Come join the fun!
