A low intensity step aerobic class with basic choreography that may incorporate floor aerobics, light hand weights, and/or kickboxing. Ideal for beginners or anyone who enjoys a slower pace. |
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skill. Hand held weight, Elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. |

Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. |

Students can expect to align their bodies through utilization of props such as blocks, bolsters, blankets., etc. as well as opening their hearts and honoring their bodies. Bring a blanket to class. |

Move your body through a series of seated & standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance & range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and a final relaxation will promote stress reduction & mental clarity. |
A low intensity class designed specifically for those who want to exercise but do not know where to begin, have not exercised in a while, or just feel uneasy about taking that first step. You will be provided with a gradual introduction to aerobics and step, along with strength exercises and toning. |

Looking for exercise that is fun, exciting and not the same old thing? Let us introduce you to the world of Bellydance and put a little shimmy into your life. Please wear form fitting exercise clothing and ballet shoes or go barefoot. Bring a scarf to tie around your waist. This is an ongoing class. Join us anytime! |

Do the tools of fitness - exercise bikes, nautilus machines, treadmills, exercise balls and free weights - intimidate you? Or maybe you find exercise boring? If any of the above apply to you, you are not alone and the YMCA is here to help. Regular exercise will help protect you from chronic disease, improve your mood and lower your chances of injury.
