Ages 4-6 years: 4:30 to 5:15PM
Ages 7-9 years: 5:00 to 5:45PM
Ages 10-12 years: 5:30 to 6:15PM


This program was developed to challenge your children to continually build and develop new skills through physical activity. Classes provide an opportunity to gain confidence and to socially interact with children their age. Class will focus on balance, agility, coordination, and flexibility that will help improve overall physical abilities. This program is designed to promote good sportsmanship, honesty, and build a foundation that can be carried over to help improve more advanced exercises and drills in upper level programs. Register for ALL sessions and the 4th is FREE!

Session 1: September 22 to October 30
Session 2: November 3 to December 18
(No class 11/24 & 11/27)
Session 3: January 19 to February 26
Session 4: March 2 to April 16
(No class 3/30 & 4/2)
